 A man in Guangdong, China uses an unusual way to avoid the hot weather that is currently hitting the Bamboo Curtain country. Reporting from Mothership, a video circulated of a man seen sitting on a plastic bench in the fridge. It is known that the video was taken on Wednesday (31/5/2023) and has been circulating on various Chinese social media platforms, including Weibo and Xiaohongshu. Allegedly, the man hid in the fridge because of the hot weather in Guangdong, China. The man also looked relaxed sitting in the fridge playing on his cell phone. Apart from that, he also pushed open the refrigerator door with his knee. It is not known how long the man was in the fridge containing the drink. According to the Guangdong weather update reported by Weibo on (31/5/2023),


the temperature in the city of Zhongshan at that time reached 37.9 degrees celsius. In addition, there are several other cities that also record temperatures higher than 37 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, Huilai noted, the lowest temperature was at 30.4 degrees Celsius. Due to the hot weather, people in Guangdong are advised to avoid outdoor activities.
